What is the meaning of Ki-Soo-Do? , the Internal way of the open hand , the name of Ki-Soo-Do was developed by my Master Grand Master Junior Garth King , when I started learning Martial Arts in Walthamstow East London in 1987 at the age of 16 , Grand Master King was a Third Dan of Tang Soo Do Moo Do Kwan, he decided to break away from Tang Soo Do , and transformed it into a soft Art , like combat Tai Chi which means ,boxing with Chi fighting with Chi , Grand Master King is a Master in Jin & Yang Chi Kung, my meditation was not taught to me from him , rather from my own inspiration from God , my goal is to teach the secrets of the Ancient System of the Taoist system of Iron shirt Chi Kung which is not being taught in the west , unfortunately Tai Chi had been watered down ,and changed to what it is today an art of low movements without spirit , what best discribes my system is myself , the is a saying from one of the Grand Master's if you learn a style you become that style , if you become your style no one can defeat , I recommend you to watch Shaolin born invincible , and Tai chi boxer 1-2
